Mulled Pink Gin

Little Biddy Gin - Pink is perfect for crafting a hot mulled gin as it’s packed with flavour from New Zealand cherries and spices, making it very versatile and delicious to use for mulled cocktails.

60ml Little Biddy Gin – Pink
45ml Cranberry juice
45ml Apple juice
1/2 tsp Honey
Cinnamon stick
Grated nutmeg
1 Star Anise
1 Orange slice

Method
Slowly heat ingredients except gin together in a pot and simmer, or steam with a milk wand on your coffee machine. Taste and add more spices, or honey as needed.
Fine strain into a pre-heated glass, or mug and add gin.
