Miner’s Martini

A strong and dry style of Martini that will light the palate with a long crisp finish.

60ml Little Biddy Gin - Black Label
10ml Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth

Method:
Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
Pour ingredients into stirring glass over ice and stir for 20 seconds.
Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with a Horopito leaf, or an olive.
