Manuka Club

Something sweet after dinner but nothing too heavy? Manuka club has all the characteristics of a well-balanced sweet and sour desert. Add extra honey for sweeter finish.

30ml Little Biddy Gin - Classic
30ml Reefton Distilling Co. Tayberry Liqueur
30ml Fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
15ml Manuka honey syrup

Method:
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Dry shake to emulsify egg white, add ice and shake again. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with fresh flowers.

Add 50:50 manuka honey and boiling water. Stir to dissolve and let cool.
