Hot Gin Toddy

 

The botanical flavours in Little Biddy Gin - Classic shine in warming, winter cocktails. This hot toddy cocktail is no exception with a gin twist on a classic.

45ml Little Biddy Gin – Classic
20ml Fresh orange juice
15ml Fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp Mānuka honey
1 tsp Fresh ginger
60ml Boiling water
1 Lemon slice

Method
Crush ginger in the base of a pre-heated teapot.
Slowly heat other ingredients except gin together in a pot and simmer,
or steam with a milk wand on your coffee machine.
Fine strain into a pre-heated glass, or mug and add gin.

Lemon slice pierced with cloves
