Green Apple Gin & Tonic

Muddle ¼ green apple and ¼ lime to release all the juice

Add a tiny pinch of cinnamon for a mild spice

Pour over ice, with 1 part Little Biddy Gin – Classic

Top with tonic

Garnish with thinly sliced crisp green apple

Dust the apple with cinnamon sugar if desired
