Berry Delight

 
A take on the infamous French 75 featuring Little Biddy Gin - Pink. With its tayberry and blueberry infusion, it makes for a beautifully dry and bubbly sipper.

Add gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup and bitters to a shaker with ice. Shake well, then double strain into a champagne flute and top with your favourite bubbles.

Garnish with a flower, or lemon twist.
